[Resurrectus]

Hello dear members. I am writing in regards to the forum activity, or, lack of, rather.
I would like to know when this site was started, judging by the number of members I am guessing it is only new. When I first clicked on the site, first impressions were great, good layout and theme, nice colors, good topics, all there, except for the activity! after signing up I realized that nearly all threads showed "last post 1 week ago"! that is terrible! I don't want to start a topic or write something and the have to wait a week for a response , that is, excuse me for saying, a little boring. If it takes 1 week to get a response, how are we to have an actual "discussion"? which I believe this forum is about, who knows it could take months!

TMK's user base is insightful and thirsty for meaningful discussion. Unfortunately intermittent site construction has resulted in periods of down time during which users could not post. This in turn resulted in a pattern of continuous acceleration and sub sequential slow down of activity. Fortunately, the site's forums are now functionally complete. I anticipate that this will break our cycle and result in steady climbing activity. Post and they will come, trust me.

That being said, if you have any suggestions on how to promote the site or anyone to refer here please feel free to share.

How insightful they are I cannot say, but thirsty? I really cannot see it. There must be a drought, as you said.

Is this site alive. I was going to mention it to a discussion group at my university, but it seems this place is .... uh... dead. I hope this isn't so. I've been reading through a lot of old threads. At times I'm board, but most of the time I'm interested. irritated. intrigued with the amazing arguments. Someone pointed out how violence has been in entertainment for ever, why not video games ... amazing argument. I really hope this place wakes up.

i wouldn't say its dead, but its not that busy either. people have posted and visited at about the same constant rate since i joined. i kind of like it like this. i can actually follow almost all new post lol. if you like the site just keep posting and eventually there will be a larger flow.

Mention the site to your discussion group and activity is sure to increase. lol

I haven't been able to post much recently because the internet in my new apartment hasn't been set up yet... That should be sorted Monday though.
